Monferracqua

Monferracqua is a non-competitive outdoor event just half an hour from Turin, born with the aim of making the Po known, navigating it or going along its banks on foot, by bike or on horseback. Spirit of adventure and desire to have fun will be useful for this morning on the Po and in various paths between boats, oars, bikes, horses and walks to rediscover Monferrato from another point of view. Participation is open to all, but reservations are mandatory and the cost varies according to the activity chosen (descent of the river by boat, horseback ride, trekking and / or Nordic walking, mountain biking).

The sporting event includes the departure in the Caserma di San Sebastiano area and the arrival at the bridge between Crescentino and Verrua.
Participants will navigate the stretch of river Po with boats (provided by sports organizations dedicated to water sports), while others will follow the nearby paths on foot, by bike or on horseback.

The intent on the part of Explore Monferrato is to make known and appreciated the stretch of the river Po that crosses our hills, still too little known. The event is organized thanks to the participation of our associates who as volunteers collaborate in the success of the event jointly with the Pro Loco of San Sebastiano da Po and with the Piazza Foundation.
