Grapevine born in 1938 from an experiment of the enologist Dalmasso, he crossed Barbera and Dronero’s Nebbiolo trying to merge characteristics and qualities of the two main Piedmont grapevines. 

From Albarossa are born complex and intense wines, with pronounced fruity and spicy scents.
